In relation to the recent outbreak of Covid19, we are following government guidelines on a daily basis.
If you have placed your order or are considering placing an order with us we would like you to rest assured that the health and safety of our customers and staff are of utmost importance to us, and we will be continuing to closely monitor the situation over the coming weeks and months.
Our current protocol is as follows:
Sharing of any information is as always, done via telephone or e-mail.
When our team arrive on-site you are welcome to speak with them via the telephone from elsewhere on-site, rather than face to face.
We will not be shaking hands at meetings or when we arrive on site.
If you wish to speak with us face to face, we will recognise a 2-meter distance.
We do not expect any of our staff to enter your home/office or any other on site building to use facilities or otherwise.
Our sign off sheets will be done by inspection by our team, followed by an inspection by yourselves of which you can then telephone the team to advise you are happy before they leave the site.
No member of staff displaying any of the symptoms of the virus will be on site.
Lastly, we would ask that you observe the latest government guidelines in respect of ensuring door handles and other ‘hard surfaces’ are disinfected before our arrival and after our departure. Our teams will all be disinfecting their hands before arrival and upon departure.
