Premium Combination Block 12’x36′ is our premium combination layout. It keeps stabling and storage together under one roof. Built for daily yard use and UK weather. As a result, you get strength, comfort, and low-maintenance performance.

🛠 Built for Strength & Daily Use
We use a pressure-treated 4×2 C24 frame and roof purlins. Additionally, 19 mm (14.5 mm finish) shiplap cladding adds rigidity. Inside, you get 8′ 18 mm ply kickboards. Moreover, hardwood top and bottom doors sit in galvanised steel frames. Fixed Perspex windows, vents, and talk grills improve airflow. Finally, the 8′ eaves, 10′ ridge (≈2.4 m / 3.1 m) and 3′ / 900 mm overhang enhance weather protection.

Roof options:
• Pantile tile-effect with OSB lining (standard; no skylight)
• Black plastisol steel with skylights (brighter interior)

📐 Made to Order — Configure Your Layout
Choose internal access doors or partitions. Likewise, pony-size boxes are available. Installation can be bolted to concrete or set on metal skids. Delivery, installation, and VAT are included. However, Scotland has a delivery surcharge POA.
