Our 10 Stable American Barn is a substantial timber equestrian building designed to provide ten internal stables arranged around a spacious, fully covered central aisle.

At approximately 36ft x 60ft, this layout provides an excellent amount of stabling while keeping everything conveniently under one roof and protected from the weather. It is ideal for larger private yards, livery yards and professional equestrian facilities looking for a practical and organised stable setup.

Our American Barns are built in a modular format, allowing the layout to be adapted and customised around your horses, available space and individual yard requirements.

The standard 36ft x 60ft layout provides:

• 12ft wide central aisle
• Approximate overall size of 36ft x 60ft
• Fully covered internal stable area
• Generous access for horses and everyday yard use
• Sheltered central aisle for feeding, mucking out and managing your horses throughout the year

Alternative stable sizes and layouts are available to suit your requirements.

Designed Around Your Yard

Every yard is different, which is why our American Barns can be customised to create a layout that works for you.

As well as internal stables, we can incorporate additional areas including:

Tack rooms • Feed rooms • Hay storage • Wash bays • Rug rooms • Foaling boxes • Storage areas

You can also choose to replace one or more of the standard stables with a tack room, feed room, wash bay or storage area, allowing you to create a complete working yard within the barn.

Concrete Bases & Groundworks Available

Hunter Stables can also provide the concrete base and groundworks for your American Barn, giving you the convenience of arranging both the building and its base through one company.
