PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Made with super-fibre ingredients including soya hulls and dried beetroot, it provides a soft, highly digestible feed that is suitable for a wide range of horses.

FEEDING ADVICE
For normal health maintenance, feed approximately 100g of Pink Mash per 100kg of body weight. Therefore, a 500kg horse would typically receive around 500g dry weight per day.
For horses that need additional healthy condition, feed approximately 200g per 100kg of bodyweight. For example, a 500kg horse would receive around 1kg dry weight per day.
When used as a partial hay replacer, up to 500g per 100kg of bodyweight may be fed. As a result, a 500kg horse could receive up to approximately 2.5kg dry weight per day.
Pink Mash must be soaked before feeding. Do not use boiling water, as this may harm the live probiotics. For best results, soak the feed fresh and use it within two hours.
Introduce Pink Mash gradually over a minimum of seven days. In addition, all dietary changes should be made gradually, and the overall ration should remain balanced. Total roughage offered should generally be between 1–2% of body weight per day.
SUPPORTING DIGESTIVE HEALTH & CONDITION
Keyflow Pink Mash combines highly digestible fibre with live probiotics and prebiotics to help support a healthy gut environment. Because the feed is soaked before use, it also provides additional moisture within the daily ration.
Furthermore, its very low sugar and starch levels make it suitable for horses and ponies that require a more carefully controlled feeding programme. The 35% fibre content also helps support a fibre-rich diet.
For horses requiring additional condition, the feeding rate can be increased according to body weight and individual requirements. Alternatively, Pink Mash can be used as part of a forage-replacement programme where appropriate.
Whether used for everyday maintenance, digestive support, condition, or as a partial hay replacer, Pink Mash provides a flexible way to add highly digestible soaked fibre to the ration.
