FEEDING ADVICE
Feed according to the manufacturer’s recommended feeding rates, taking into account your horse or pony’s bodyweight, workload, and current condition. Introduce any new feed gradually over several days to allow the digestive system time to adapt.
Good quality forage should form the basis of the diet, while fresh, clean drinking water should always be available. In addition, regularly monitor body condition and adjust the overall ration where necessary.
SUPPORTING YOUR HORSE’S NUTRITION
HiLight Hi Fibre Horse & Pony Cubes provide a straightforward feeding option for horses and ponies that do not need a high-energy concentrate. Because they are low in energy, high in fibre, and non-heating, they are particularly suited to horses and ponies at rest or in light work.
In addition, the cubes combine fibre-based ingredients with cereals, oil, vitamins and minerals to create a palatable everyday bucket feed. Therefore, they are a practical option for owners looking for a simple feed to use alongside good-quality forage.
Whether your horse is resting, enjoying occasional hacking, or carrying out regular light exercise, these cubes can form part of a consistent feeding programme. However, the amount fed should always be adjusted to suit the individual horse or pony’s bodyweight, workload, and condition.
